Due to people being out of town, the cut-off to sign-up for the TC NFL Flag Football Fall ends tomorrow, July 26th!  The season will start when school starts again in the fall and will run until the end of October.  If your child is currently signed up for the fall soccer season with TC United and would also like to participate in flag football, most of the games are coordinated so it is possible to do both!  We are still trying to get full teams of Grantsville kids so to reduce the travel for practices.

Candy Wilson of the Tooele Family Center has been asked by the US Department of Education through the Utah State of Education to ask parents to give their opinion on "No Child Left Behind" (NCLB).

Please write a paragraph on your thoughts and feelings regarding NCLB. What you do like about it, what you  don't, as well as the benefits if you feel there are any. Please include what you feel should be improved, changed, etc. Has NCLB been more of a detriment or help? Your voice will be heard and your opinion is valid and important!  It doesn't have to be long and lengthy. Please email your opinion to: powerineducation@gmail.com
